Is my mouthguard moulded too tight?

I've had a sisu mouthguard for a couple of years now and the fit is nice and snug and feels comfortable while I'm wearing it. But after a 2 hour training session my teeth always feel a bit tight afterwards.. kind of like when you've had a french braid in your hair all day and then it feels a bit tig...

Re: Does anyone want an old sofa bed?

Possibly try the freebies section on Gumtree, I've gotten rid of the most surprising items on there. Also make sure you take the ad down once you've got a taker otherwise you'll never stop getting emails about it!

Re: HELP ME

I had similar questions over the last few weeks and finally ordered my new skates yesterday! I went with Bonts, they have a really accurate foot measuring thingy on their website which tells you which size you need and if you need narrow, standard or wide. http://www.bont.com/quad/items/sizes.html I...

Advice on skate upgrade and Riedell sizing

It's time for a skate upgrade! My dear old sure grip rebels got me through fresh meat and the last 3 years, but they're so stretched my feet are moving around in them and it's starting to cause havoc with my feet, especially a callus on my left foot which makes my foot feel like it's on fire! I don'...

Re: Helmet replacement

Mine's a L/XL, you're welcome to try it. I'll be there Sunday x Thanks for the offer Lana, but I don't need to anymore. After much umming and ahhing I've finally decided to get a TSG helmet and have ordered it already. I'm excited to finally have a helmet that (hopefully) fits properly and doesn't ...

Re: Helmet replacement

Does anyone have a Triple 8 helmet in size L/XL I can try on?
I appear to have a MASSIVE head in proportion to my not so massive body.

Helmet replacement

I've recently been trying to do some research on how often you should replace your helmet. There are varied opinions online. One skating forum suggested 1. Any decent hit whatsoever: replace it. 2. Any cracks: replace it 3. 4-5 years or per manufacturer's suggested lifespan: replace it. 4. Continued...
