French student / Work placement

Postby Sunturtle » 28 Nov 2012, 10:25

Hello everybody! :)

My name is Chloé, I am French and I am playing in a Roller Derby team called « The Rolling Candies » in Amiens (in
the North of France).
I send you this mail because I am student in first year of two years courses in International Trade Relations. I have
to do a two-month work placement (6 May to 28 June 2013) in any company. But I have to do canvassing; follow of customers, look for new
customers, create a database of customers… In the same time, I can to do other things.
I want to find a work placement in a city where I can play Roller Derby.
This work placement doesn't need to be paid.
I hope you can help me, and speak about me around you.
I have little time left, so I am counting on you!!

Bye! Chloé HUYER

If you know someone who can help me, I can send you my CV and Coverletter.

Hi Chole,

I volunteer at a charity called NACOA (National Association of Children of Alcoholics) http://www.nacoa.org.uk/and they are always in need of volunteer help in a large variety of roles.

I'm not sure what you're after work-wise, but thier list of what they need help with is here: http://www.nacoa.org.uk/volunteering.htm

If it's what you're after e-mail the lovely volunteer co-ordinator at volunteering@nacoa.org.uk
