Drop In "Deep End" back to basics

Postby Chick Dastardly » 16 Mar 2015, 14:46

For those who come along to Drop In on thursdays -
just to let you all know that we'll be changing the focus of the "deep end" (the part of the hall where we lay the track) to basic drills covering weaving / speed control / lateral cuts / stops / cross-overs / intro to blocking etc and the "shallow end" will be for skaters who are still unsteady and/or still need to work on stops enough so that they can safely do paceline drills.
This change of focus happens now and again as drop-in skaters become main league members and we need the track for different drills and more room at the end of the hall for people who have just joined!

If you don't have a gumshield now is a good time to get one! :)
