Given that the centre line track distance is 58.52 meters
To do 25 in 5 you need to be averaging 4.876 meters per second or 11 MPH.
To do 30 in 5 you need to be averaging 5.852 meters per second or 13.09 MPH.A few people have asked me how far I thought it was around a track so as above the centre line measures 58.52 Meters and if any one is doing the roller marathon 26 miles is 715 centre line laps of a standard track.
