For all who are ready to be assessed for minimum skills, we're trying to get another hour or 2 a week to get you through this. This will either be on Tuesdays (1 or 2 hours depending on availability) or before intermediate training on Wednesdays (7-8pm). This will be in effect before the end of the month. Let me know if there's any issue with the proposed times here.

I will also need intermediate skaters to volunteer their eyes each week for this so it goes quickly and smoothly!

UPDATE: POLL ADDED

2 hours available 8-10pm Tuesdays or 7-8pm Wednesdays... Hockey will be on Tuesdays 7-8pm.

I really want to come along - and can give lifts from Cotham/Redland/Glos Rd/Centre etc - but only for the next couple of weeks as I fly to NZ on 30th October and am not back till the last weekend in Nov. After that, if the sessions are still running in December, then count me in (but I may have moved house to Long Ashton, fingers crossed). Any of the days/times work for me, but I am all in favour of doing 2hrs as it gives more skate time.

I'm not sure about 2 hours, it's pushing it for me to get to 2 hours on Sunday and wednesday and an hour of hockey on tues - would prefer to do an extra hour to extend either the weds session or hockey

EDIT - though I can always leave early :) Could there be a price option for those that can only afford an extra hour??

Ah - I was only thinking of those of us not quite invited to Wednesday nights yet - I can see how 2hrs on Sun, 2 on Weds and another 2 somewhere is probably pushing it a bit.

This proposed session is for actual assessments. All the essential skills are things you learn in the Sunday sessions... so it's not just extra skate time as such.

Are these Skill assessments for the girls who have been there for a couple of months or so? I only came out of fresh meat last week, so am I right in thinking I should wait to next time around?

Yeah Wonton can you give us an example of a couple of things we'd need to be able to do for assessments?

Thank you! :)
