Yup I use one of those cheapy boil-n-mould guards for Taekwon-do n its been fine! Sometimes they can be a bit big but you can trim them down easy enough. And they're re-mouldable so if you dont get it right you can just do the whole thing again.

Boil to fit from Asda/Tesco about £2 and it's fine :-) They had yellow (odd...), black and clear ones.

I have just got a bunch of boil & bite ones from Sports Direct. They will be available at training tonight for 2 quid each. Have them ready for Sunday! I'll also bring some tomorrow night for anyone who misses tonight's training.
