This is a public thread for details about Painspotting
Choose Bristol. Choose Gloucester. Choose Life. Choose Roller Derby!
If you've been suffering from roller derby withdrawal symptoms, don’t worry – Bristol Roller Derby’s next public bout is here to ease your addiction.
"Painspotting" takes place on Saturday 9th July at UWE Sports Centre, Frenchay and will see Bristol Roller Derby's travel team The Harbour Harlots, battling it out against rival South West team, Gloucester's Severn Roller Torrent.
It's the second time the two teams have locked wheels on the track – and this time it’s going to get nasty!
Expect nail-biting, edge-of-the-seat action as they fight it out in what is promising to be an afternoon of wheel-spinning derby danger.
Ticket price includes entry into the after party (over 18's only) at The Fleece in Bristol town centre, where you can party the night away with roller girls, live rock music, DJ's and Bristol Roller Derby's famous cake stall.
Doors open at 3pm with the bout starting at 4pm.
Tickets are £6 in advance or £8 on the door.
Under 10's FREE!
