Roller derby is finally coming to the people of Wales……

We are very pleased to officially announce our debut bout!! The ONLY place to be on Saturday January 15th 2011 is Newport Centre for:

TIGER BAY BRAWLERS versus BRISTOL HARBOUR HARLOTS

This is the first EVER public bout in Wales, and the Brawlers are very proud to be introducing this full-contact, girls-only sport to you. There will also be merchandise stalls, half-time entertainment, bar (yay!!), raffle and lots and lots of rollergirls!!

Doors open at 5:30pm. Bout starts at 6:30pm.

£7 advance, £9 on the door.

**Afterparty admission is included in the ticket price**

Just checked coaches, last one back to Briz is 11:45pm so not bad. I think it might be the only one back after 9pm though, so good if you wanna party, not if you dont!

Hey Chloe.

I'm catching the train, you can come with me if you want.

The bout starts at 5:30, so we should aim to be there 5 or 5:15, the train station is half a mile from the venue (so maybe 20 minutes walk?) and the train takes about half an hour. So we can meet at Temple Meads at 4pm?

Just looked online and there's a train at 4:07 and gets us to Newport at 4:31. Sound good?

Does anyone else want to catch the train with us?
